POWER 30

With Dimity Palmer-Smith–break a sweat and unleash your full potential with a 30min full body workout that will leave you feeling energized and ready to kick ass. FREE for Ridgewell members.

 

CYNDY’S BOOT CAMP

Interval training including warm up and cool down. About an hour. See www.cyndybootcamp.com for more information. All levels $10 per class or save by committing to a 12 week program.

 

SAHASRA YOGA

Kyra Sahasrabudhe - 75 minute class is for all levels and offers pranayamapractice (breathe work) asana (poses) and deep rest (savasana). Primarily Kripalu and Hatha-style yoga, with poses held for several breath cycles as students are cued into mind/body awareness. $10 per class.

 

CARDIO KICK

A fun upbeat class with energetic music. About an hour including warm up, stretching and cool down. We mix punches, jabs and kicks to raise our heart rates and focus on form. All fitness levels are welcome. FREE for Ridgewell members.

 

CORE 30

With DIMITY PALMER-SMITH – a 30 minute core workout designed to help build a strong and resilient core for a healthier and more active lifestyle. FREE for Ridgewell members.

 

PILATES

With Triana – traditional mat class for all levels. A dynamic full body workout. FREE for Ridgewell members.

 

TONING

30 minute dumbbell and core workout ending with a few minutes of stretching. FREE for Rigewell members.

 

STRENGTH TRAINING

Join us for the #1 doctor recommended form of exercise. Learn to strengthen your body with dumbbells, barbells, and your own bodyweight. All ages welcome. FREE for Ridgewell members.

 

BOXING WITH RON

Boxing, kicking and grappling- instructed by Ron. About an hour $10 per class.
