Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a one-hour class that combines interval training and recovery while focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and cardio. This unique program is designed for everyone — from beginners to advanced athletes — with options to modify movements as needed.

Cardio Kick
Included with your Ridgewell Fitness membership, Cardio Kick is a fun, upbeat class set to energetic music. Each one-hour session begins with a warm-up and ends with stretching and a cool-down. In between, participants mix punches, jabs, and kicks to raise heart rate while focusing on proper form.
All fitness levels are welcome, and the class can be modified for every participant.

All classes are available live at Ridgewell Fitness and via Zoom.Boot Camp classes are $160 per session. Walk-ins are $12 per class.
