POWER 30

A fast-paced 30-minute full body workout designed to boost strength and energy. Led by Dimity Palmer-Smith.
Free for Ridgewell members.

CYNDY’S BOOT CAMP

High-energy interval training with warm-up and cool-down included. A challenging, motivating class for all levels.
$10 per class or discounted 12-week programs available.

SAHASRA YOGA

A 75-minute Kripalu and Hatha-style yoga class focusing on breathwork, mindful movement, and deep relaxation.
$10 per class.

CARDIO KICK

An upbeat, music-driven cardio class using punches, jabs, and kicks to elevate heart rate and improve coordination.
Free for Ridgewell members.

CORE 30

A focused 30-minute core-strengthening class designed to build stability and resilience. Led by Dimity Palmer-Smith.
Free for Ridgewell members.

PILATES

A traditional mat Pilates class emphasizing controlled movement, posture, and full-body strength. Led by Triana.
Free for Ridgewell members.

TONING

A 30-minute dumbbell and core workout followed by light stretching to leave you feeling strong and balanced.
Free for Ridgewell members.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Learn proper strength training techniques using dumbbells, barbells, and body weight exercises. All ages welcome.
Free for Ridgewell members.

BOXING WITH RON

Boxing, kicking, and grappling techniques taught in a structured, high-energy class. $10 per class or included with select membership plans.

TAI CHI & RECOVERY YOGA

Gentle movement and recovery-focused classes supporting balance, mobility, and relaxation. Free for members and non-members. In collaboration with Ellenville Hospital.

They offer weekly and monthly memberships at a very reasonable expense. Fred took the time to set up my account and provide a tour of the facilities. The equipment is late model, well maintained and always clean. The employees are great, very welcoming, knowledgeable, and responsive. Fred made a point of visiting with me every time I was in the gym when he was there to say hello and inquire about my workout plan for the day. Great to find good people who are invested in their community. Highly recommend!!

Ridgewell was by far best "gym" in the area, and now that they have expanded and are making room for more equipment, it's even better! The lifting equipment is made up of industry classics and newer pieces from Cybex and Life Fitness, with a range of cables, plate loaded machines, and free weights. Plenty of cardio equipment, and a wide range of classes downstairs from Kickboxing to Pilates, taught by skilled and seasoned staff. Freddie, one of the owners (and a natural champion bodybuilder), along with the entire staff, are approachable and knowledgeable. Gym goers are consistently friendly and respectful, with a variety of fitness goals and experience. Can't wait to go tomorrow morning!

I've been a member for several months now, and I am really pleased. The facility is clean and a very pleasant place for weight training and aerobics... There are plenty of machines with a good variety so there is no need to wait for equipment. The staff is very helpful and a range of private training styles is available by private arrangement. It is really, to me, an ideal environment for fitness.
