Mondays and Wednesdays
Fun upbeat class with energetic music. An hour class which begins with a warm up and ends with a stretching and cool down period. In between we mix punches, jabs and kicks to raise our heart rates and focus on form. All fitness levels are welcome, and the class can be modified to for all participants.
Strength, cardio, mobility and flexibility conditioning using weights and other modalities such as resistance bands in a fun and accepting atmosphere. Modifications are always offered to make your workout safe and effective.
TRX training uses body weight to develop strength, balance flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. The TRX suspension trainer is an exercise modality that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to perform exercises. Kettlebells are used to perform ballistic exercise that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. This class is a challenging, complete, full-body workout.
Self myofascial release using yoga tune up balls, bands, stretching and mobility exercises to increase range of motion and ease of movement.
A balance between weight training with light to medium weights at high repetitions and body resistant exercises. It is a complete body workout – upper and lower body combined with core conditioning.
The focus of Pilates is strengthening the core muscles. This energizing class tones your full body while improving posture, respiration and low back health.
Learn the proper form and punching techniques for many different boxing combinations. Develop power and speed in your punches for self-defense. Boxing offers a great cardio and core workout that also builds strength and agility for a total-body fitness workout. This class makes use of power punching pads and heavy-bag sparring.
Offers students yoga postures and philosophy. The poses are guided with attention to body alignment, flow of breath and cultivation of awareness. Sequencing of the poses is based on the elements of strength, fluidity, proper alignment, breath consciousness, mediation and internal observation to create a complete and nurturing mind, body, spirit experience.

Fun, Friendly and Fierce – Hour long classes that combines interval training and recovery while focusing on strength, flexibility, balance and cardio. YogaDance uses the joy of dance to tone muscles, build flexibility, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. It is a unique approach to movement combining user-friendly dance, breath and the Chakra system. It is funky and fun and filled with abandon, inspired by music from around the world.
Pilates is a structured exercise system designed to develop core strength, improve posture and balance and strengthen muscle to create a strong centered body able to function with the demands of everyday life.
